maisoncf.fr is an online bookshop.
Please read the following carefully as it constitutes an agreement.

 

Article 1 – Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale are concluded between, on one hand, Editions Clémentine de la Féronnière, CPF galerie et éditions SARL, with a capital of €5,000, registered under RCS PARIS 534 058 946 00029 and located at 51, rue Saint-Louis-en-l'île, 75004 Paris, and the internet users wishing to make a purchase on the website maisoncf.fr, hereinafter referred to as "the Client."

These conditions express the full obligations of both parties.

The Client must be:
– either a person over 18 years old with full legal capacity to contract;
– or a person under 18 but emancipated.

 

Article 2 – Products and Availability

maisoncf.fr offers printed books for sale, some containing photographic prints.

Product and price offers are valid as long as they are visible on the website, until stocks run out.

maisoncf.fr does not guarantee the availability of products for a specific period.

maisoncf.fr will notify any client who has placed an order for an unavailable product by email.

 

Article 3 – Order

The client declares having read the general terms and conditions of sale before placing their order and acknowledges that validating the order means accepting their terms.

To place an order, the client must provide valid personal information and complete an online form. A confirmation email will be sent to the client promptly.

 

Article 4 – Payment

Prices shown on the site are excluding taxes.
Payment is made by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or cheque.
Ownership of the product will only transfer to the buyer once the payment has been fully processed by maisoncf.fr.

 

Article 5 – Price

The prices displayed are in Euros and include VAT at 5.5% for clients located in France and the EU.

 

Article 6 – Delivery

It takes 3 to 5 working days for order verification and processing. Delivery within France typically takes 7 to 10 working days.

Article 7 – Return Policy

Under French law (Article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code), the Client has the right to withdraw and return purchased products within 7 days from the delivery date.
The products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Article 8 – Limitation of Liability

maisoncf.fr is committed to a duty of means towards the Client. It will not be held liable for disruptions in service, external intrusions, or computer virus infections.

Article 9 – Warranties

The Client benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects according to French law.

Article 10 – Confidentiality – Personal Information

maisoncf.fr commits to protecting client information and will not share it with third parties. Information is secured using SSL encryption.

Article 11 – Intellectual Property

The artist retains copyright over their work, and the acquisition of a product does not grant the client any rights to use, reproduce, or display it publicly.

Article 12 – Applicable Law – Disputes

These conditions are governed by French law.
In case of disputes, the courts of Paris are the only competent authorities.
